Services Provided

• Assisting owner in determining rent asking price by market valuation

• Marketing the property

• Providing rental applications

• Performing background checks

• Presenting qualified tenants to owners for approval

• Prepare and execute lease agreements

• Collect rent

• Distribute funds to owners by direct deposit on or before the 10th of each month less commission and any approved owner-paid expenses

• Handle emergency maintenance calls within a 24 hour period and non-emergency calls within a 48 hour period

• Schedule home cleaning and maintenance as needed

• Refund deposits in accordance to NRS 118A

• Keep owners informed as to the condition of the property

• Set-up fee includes photos of the property for marketing purposes
